My story is at the heart of my business. I’m Stephanie Myers, aka Bias Breaking Beauty, and my journey has taken me through both male- and female-dominated industries. Along the way, I’ve faced numerous biases—sometimes subtle, other times blatant—as a female business owner. I’ve seen how bias shows up from both genders, and I’ve had to navigate it at every turn. These personal experiences with bias are what fuel my passion for helping other women break through the barriers I once faced. I know what it feels like to be overlooked or underestimated, and I want to help you avoid those same struggles.
